Elie Bleu, a French company, is one of the highest end cigar accessory brand.
This here is part of a collaboration they are doing with Fuente. It features the same graphic on back as on front; pictured are logos of there higher end cigars such as Opus X and Hemingway.

This is a spring loaded cutter, it locks down in place and pops open when the button is pushed and has an extra sharp steal blade for a clean cut. It is very well made, heavy duty with some weight to it, yet has a fairly slim profile.
