Our new website is here! We are so excited to bring you this great new website. Aside from the new look, you'll find a better functionality, easier navigation, and more product details. Oh, and we've optimized the website for a much better look and feel on your mobile phone. Cigar images have been scaled, so you'll see the differences in length and ring gauge across an entire line of cigars. There is now a "pick up" option available for all our Chicago customers. Put your order in online, select the "pick up" option and you'll be notified when your order is ready.
If you're an existing customer you should be able to log back in with your usual email and password. Any problems there just notify us and we'll link to get you back up and running. Order history has not been transferred over just yet, but we're working on that. We have a new age verification system that should run a lot smoother than the last one. Because this is a new system you are going to be asked to provide a photo ID for your first order on our new website. Once this is done it will be the only time you will have to go through this one extra step.
One thing we ask all of you, our loyal Jack Schwartz Importer customers, is that if you run into any problems on our website please contact us right away at freematches@jackschwartz.com. We'll make it worth your while. Also, if you have any feedback (positive or negative) we'd love to hear from you.
